			<p>The Learning Blueprint reflects how adult professionals actually learn and change practice. Unlike traditional &ldquo;one-and-done&rdquo; workshops that rarely stick, TLB uses Micro-Projects to embed application within each module. Through Micro-Projects, participants engage in at least eight hours of learning&mdash;combining e-learnings with live experimentation in the classroom.</p>
