It is also suitable for Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and practice leaders seeking a clear, practical overview of how the scheme operates.

Course Description

Navigating the NDIS can be complex, particularly for clinicians new to the scheme. This workshop offers a structured and practical introduction to the NDIS framework, giving you a clear understanding of its purpose, structure, and guiding principles.

You will learn how eligibility and access are determined, the roles of participants and professionals within the system, and how NDIS funding is categorized and managed. The session also examines the “reasonable and necessary” criteria, the new Supports for Participants rule, service agreements, schedules of support, and the NDIS Price Guide.

By the end of this training, you will feel confident engaging with the NDIS and equipped to deliver services that align with its requirements. Whether you are starting your career, transitioning into NDIS practice from another sector, or supporting a team to work effectively within the scheme, this workshop provides the clarity and tools you need.
