This on-demand training consists of seven modules and is approximately 7.5 hours in length. It provides detailed guidance for the administration, scoring, and interpretation of the WIAT-4. The final module of this curriculum includes how to score using the Q-global® platform. This session is targeted for all users of the WIAT-4 who want to increase their knowledge of the assessment via a self-paced module .

This session is targeted for all users of the WIAT who want to increase their knowledge of the measure via a self-paced module and is suitable for Psychologists, Social Workers, Education Professionals working in Mental Health and Wellbeing, Special Education teachers. 

Course Description

This on-demand training consists of seven modules and is approximately 7.5 hours in length. It provides detailed guidance for the administration, scoring, and interpretation of the WIAT-4 , with the final module of this curriculum highlighting how to score the assessment using the Q-global® platform. Participants will have access to this course for one year.

Learning Outcomes

After attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the WIAT-4 subtests
  • Describe administration directions for the WIAT-4 subtests  
  • Discuss the scoring criteria for each WIAT-4 subtest
  • Explain how to use the norms tables and/or the Q-global platform to derive standardized scores
  • Describe the link between skills analysis and instructional recommendations
  • Discuss the WIAT-4 interpretive proces
